All divisions in semi-knockdown will be based on age and Belt level [kyu/dan]; boys and girls will not spar together. Divisions will be determined by number of participants. All participants, up to 12 yrs old will receive participation medal. |

We will also keep the height/weight factors in mind when pairing up participants in same division, in semi-knockdown. |
|
Helmet, shin pads and gloves mandatory for all Semi-Knockdown , with chest protectors for kids up to 14 yrs. No equipment will be supplied. |

Brown and Black belts only, 18 to 39 yrs , allowed in Knockdown . If enough participants, categories will be divided in Brown and Black divisions. |
In Knockdown Women, we are looking at two weight divisions:
Up to
145 lbs -------lightweight
146+ lbs -------Heavyweight
In Knockdown Men, we will have four weight divisions:
Up to 155 lbs ----- lightweight
156 to 179 lbs -----middleweight
180 to 200 lbs ---heavyweight
201 and up -----super heavyweight

want all pre-registered so we can have everything ready for the day:
when participants arrive, they will know what division and ring to go
to. |

will limit the amount of confusion so everyone can have a better chance
to be prepared for the event and thus enjoy the day. |

We will only have two categories , kata and kumite. |
