Thursday, November 27th | Arrival at Narita Airport : There are approximately three hours to the Isesaki City and the Airport. At the Airport it will be a reserved bus that will depart from Narita Airport at Noon and in the Evening to take Fighters, Officials and Supporters to Isesaki City. The IKO will pay the bus expenses to the fighters and officials, from the airport to the Hotel when you arrive, and also from the hotel to the airport when you leave). Supporters may use the same bus but they will have to book and pay in advance. In order to take advantage of the Bus transportation you must arrive to the Narita airport on Thursday, November 27, 2008. See below for a more details on the bus's schedule. Friday, November 28th | Referees and Judges Seminar in the afternoon (Fighters
have a free day) 4pm - 6 pm official’s selection and match officials draw. |

Sunday, November 30th | Tournament and Sayonara Party: The party is free to fighters, and Branch Chiefs, Representatives, Referee and Judge, however supporters will need to book and pay to attend the party prior to their arrival in Japan. Cost and payment details:

Monday, December 1st | IKO International Meeting (9 to 12 a.m.) International Training Seminar (3 to 5 p.m.): The International Training Seminar is open to all Kyokushin members and is free, however supporters who wish to attend the seminar will need to book prior to arrival in Japan. |

RESERVED BUSES |
We’ll arrange pick up buses from Narita Airport to hotel in Isesaki , on Nov.27 3times a day ,(Depart 13:00 , 16:00 . 21:00) and from Isesaki to Narita Airport on Dec.2. But in case of missing the pick up buses , please make use of public buses or trains.

128 male fighters and 24 female fighters will each compete in an open category on knockdown rules.
No protective equipment except groin protection and Brest protection for women is allowed.
The bouts take three minutes with maximum two extensions of two minutes
tameshiwari for the male participants.
Each country sends fighters according to number of members affiliated
ALL THE COMPETITORS MEMBER OF THE IKO-MATSHUSHIMA SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THEIRS MEMBERSHIPS CARD TO JAPAN!!!
