For Kyokushin's students who are interested on practicing Kyokushin Karate online, Hanshi Roman Szyrajew is doing free online Kyokushin Karate classes. These classes are virtual online and are for all the students around the world from any organization.
 

Instructor Information: The Instructor, Hanshi Roman Szyrajew is a branch chief, 8th Dan International Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate (IKO 3), and also is the Canadian representative for the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan (IKO 3). Hanshi Roman Szyrajew contribution to Kyokushin Karate around the world is well know and much appreciated in the Kyokushin family. On these difficult times o pandemic Hanshi Roman is once more showing us his love for Kyokushin Karate and giving us the chance to train with him and shearing with us his experience and knowledge of Kyokushin Karate.
