Dear Dojo Director, Shihan, Sensei, Senpai, and Kohai,
The Canadian Kyokushin Karate Organization presents and cordially invites
you to MAS OYAMA'S MEMORIAL CUP held on Saturday, October 12, 2002 at
Lester B. Pearson High School in Montreal.
The knockdown competition will be opened to all styles for both the men and
women divisions. We also have junior divisions ages 14-17 for
both boys and girls full contact with equipment. New, to Mas Oyama's Memorial
Cup is a full contact senior division for both men and women. The senior
division categories will be women, 35 years of age and over, open weight and men
38 years of age and over, open weight.
It gives us great honor to mention that, in attendance will be guest of honor Kancho
Matsushima of Japan. director of the Kyokushin Karate Organization. Also present
will be top Kyokushin
instructors and fighters from Japan, Australia, Europe, United States and
Canada.
We look forward to seeing everyone at this year's championship and once again,
