The XIII Pan American Games : July 23 & August 08, 1999 - Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In a 2 days Sold out tickets were carry on one of the most expected event of the Pan Am Games, the Taekwondo event. It was a nice tournament with many skillful participants. The only negative part was the quality of some of the referee, which frustrate some of the competitors because there were taken theirs dream away for them not in the ring, but for bad refereeing, in especial the competitors from Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic, they demonstrate a high technical level and Super skill fighting. We can only hope that the referee is better chosen for The 2000 Olympic Games.
